Cancellation Policy

3 days or more before the event: Refund minus the 5% processing fees, or full credit towards another workshop or merchandise in the store. 1-2 days before the event: 75% refund, or 100% in store credit. Day of: 50% in store credit with last minute cancellations (up to 5 hours before the event). You must contact us 5 hours before the event for credit. 5 Hours before event: No credit/refund as we do not have sufficient time to fill the slot. Thank you for understanding.
